UK delivery

We offer UK delivery on every order, with free delivery over £75. A calm flat rate applies to orders below that — shown clearly in your basket before checkout.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery dates vary by piece and are shown clearly before checkout. Because each item is prepared with care and lead times differ by product, we show a per-product estimate rather than a single blanket promise. We would rather be accurate than fast on paper.

You'll see the estimate for each piece on its product page and again at checkout, so there are no surprises.

Packaging

Fragile pieces — paper shades, ceramic bases, glass — are securely packaged for safe delivery. If anything does arrive damaged, we'll put it right (see Returns & Refunds).

Order updates & tracking

You can follow your order at any time on our order tracking page — just enter your order or tracking number. We'll also keep you updated by email as your order progresses, and our UK-based team is happy to give you an update any time.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. If you're outside the UK and would like to order, please get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.
